Shipping Policy

We try to ship out all orders within 72 hours (sometimes less or more – it depends on the purchase, whether it is a weekend or public holiday) after we receive cleared payment notification.

 

Each item will be sent to the address of your Etsy account. Please make sure it is correct! If you want to receive your purchase to a different address, please add a note upon checkout or contact us at floatelier@ gmail.com.

 

We use Priority Registered Mail International® to ship our products. We apply a tracking number for every single parcel.

The estimate delivery time is as below:

USA: 7-22 days
EU: 7-14 days
Australia: 18-30 days

 

For EXPRESS DELIVERY we use the market leaders and the price depends on the weight of the parcel as well as the destination. For every single purchase we create a private listing with the sum of the shipping.
Time of delivery is 2-5 days for any part of the world.

 

NOTE: There might be delays due to custom procedures and holidays we are not responsible for!

 

All applicable duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, if they apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
If you are not perfectly satisfied with your item we can offer you a full refund or exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving the item.
The item(s) must be unworn, washed and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We will give you full refund after we receive the item. The initial shipping cost is not refundable.
